Excellent, reasonable carpet cleaning service

I was selling my home and as part of my contract, I had to clean the carpets in my home using a professional service and provide a receipt. I was quite annoyed at this, since my carpets were in mint condition because I had no kids, no spills, didn't use shoes in the house AND I owned my own Bissell carpet cleaner and used it frequently. Not wanting to spend a lot of money on a house I was selling, I found Universal Carpet Cleaning on citysearch which had good reviews and I responded to the special of $139.99 for 6 rooms, which I felt could cover most of the carpets in my house. Jimmy couldn't accomodate me that upcoming Saturday, but scheduled me in for the following weekend.

Jimmy's service is prompt, straightforward, he is courteous, and your carpets will be clean. He technically cleaned more than the usual 6 rooms since my carpets were in such good condition. Note the $139.99 special does not include tax.

I was very satisfied with this service, and if I had carpets in my new house, I would gladly use Universal Carpet Cleaning again.

A great experience with a new company that I selected off the internet--no referral. That's always scary but I was under the gun with surprise house guests arriving and a doggy-smelling carpet. I left a frantic message at night and when I called at noon the next day from work to see if he'd received it, he'd already been to the house, cleaned the carpet, and taken care of everything since my BF was still at home. That's service above and beyond the call of duty!! My BF says he was very professional, thorough, and courteous (and loved the music he was writing, too!).

I called Universal Carpet Care through a referral from my realtor. Jimmy quoted me a very fair price and came to our house on short notice. He worked extremely hard to get our carpet clean, and I have to say that it looks almost brand new! He certainly exceeded my expectations. Jimmy was courteous, prompt, and very professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and I'd recommend him to anyone. Give him a call...you'll be glad you did!

I hired this cleaner out of a misunderstanding, but was glad i did. All my stains came out of the carpetand the very honest, professional service was an added bonus. I can recommend this carpet cleaner without any hesitation.

I been using Universal Carpet Cleaning for about seven years. The reason that I choose this companywas becuase they were very upfront and helpful. I had stains from my pet and kids that never came out until I use them. I was very happy and surpised. They were on time and did the job in a timely manner. The price he gave was very close to what I paid. Can't lose using this company.
